Welcome to Cake & Sip Atlanta (“Cake & Sip,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a class, attending an event, or entering our premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following

Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website or designated booking links.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Cake & Sip reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or offerings as needed.

2. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancellations

​

• You must cancel at least 5 days before your scheduled appointment by emailing bookings@cakeandsipatlanta.com.

• Cancellations made at least 5 days prior are eligible for a full refund.

​

Rescheduling

​

• Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 5 days in advance.

• Requests made fewer than 5 days prior are not guaranteed and may be declined.

• No refunds are issued for missed rescheduling windows.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

​

• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.

• No-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.

• By booking, you agree not to dispute or chargeback same-day cancellation or no-show fees.

Guest Count Changes

​

• After payment is received, no refunds will be provided for decreases in guest count.

• Additional guests may be added only if space allows.

​

3. Late Arrival Policy

​

• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened.

• The full class fee still applies regardless of shortened time due to lateness.

4. Age Requirements

​

• Cake & Sip experiences are designed for ages 18 and older.

• A valid ID may be required at check-in.

​

5. Conduct & Safety

​

• Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the facility.

• Cake & Sip may remove any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe — without refund.

• Outside food and beverages are only allowed if permitted in the specific class description.

6. Allergies & Dietary Disclosures

​

• Guests must notify Cake & Sip of any allergies in advance.

• We cannot guarantee a nut-free, gluten-free, or allergen-free environment.

7. Photography & Media Consent

​

• By entering our premises or participating in any class, you grant Cake & Sip permission to:

  • Photograph or record you and your creations

  • Use such media for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes

• Media may appear on our website, social platforms, or advertising materials.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor before the class. While we do our best to accommodate, complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in Cake & Sip activities, you acknowledge:

• You are voluntarily engaging in a hands-on experience involving food tools and equipment.

• Cake & Sip is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damaged personal items.

• You assume full responsibility for your participation.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

​

• By booking, you agree not to dispute charges related to:

  • Same-day cancellations

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals

  • Decreases in guest count

• Any disputes will result in suspension of future bookings until resolved.

10. Policy Changes

Cake & Sip may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
